Insurance and Billing Information

All patients that are referred to AON will have their insurance verified and benefits checked. This will inform us and the patients that the test is covered by their insurance provider. Patients will be notified ahead of time if there is any out-of-pocket cost (i.e. copay, deductible, co-insurance).

All of this information is relayed to the patient or point of contact prior to scheduling.

AON’s billing team is willing to work with our patients as much as needed. We refuse to allow billing to become an obstacle to testing.

TESTIMONIALS

“I admit to being a bit apprehensive for a In-home EEG that would last several days. Especially the hookups I’d be required to wear the whole time I was under test conditions. Three things cured me of these inhibitions:

  1. AON’s Scheduling Team, they know how to deal with nervous patients, tolerate unexpected complications, never lose their calm and in an assured manner can transmit their confidence to others. Talking to them is an interlude of calm.
  2. Ms. Hala, the on-site EEG Medical Technician. She wasted no time setting up or taking down the equipment. She is an expert technician who, like the scheduling team, instills confidence in her patients. After being a witness to her work and demeanor I took to calling her “Hallelujah Hala”!
  3. Astir. At first, I had no idea what this meant or how a company name like that could be of any help to me. Now I do, I’m Astir (in a state of excited movement) as a bug in a rug!”
